Beds were indeed comfortable. the hotel provided complimentary cards. These were redeemable for soft drinks. i found the on-site food reasonably priced. the pizza was actually delicious!!!
i noticed the absence of phones in the room. contacting reception required using the bonvoy app. additionally, i observed that some lobby chairs were visibly dirty and torn. this was disappointing.

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle. It makes traveling to and from the terminals easy. i found the bathroom to be particularly clean. the staff provided efficient service during check-in.

broken air conditioningoutside noise
i must say, not great. the air conditioning wasnt working properly. the room was too warm and i couldnt adjust it. it was also quite noisy from outside. i tried to get some sleep but the noise from the nearby airport made it really difficult. not the relaxing experience i was hoping for before my flight.

The check-in process was chaotic. There were many people and few staff, so I waited almost 40 minutes after a long flight! mobile key request CLEARLY failed. It was not a GREAT experience.

the breakfast met my expectations it was quite acceptable.
i found the air conditioning ineffective the room was uncomfortably warm i attempted to adjust it but it seemed unresponsive. the lack of a telephone in the room was also an inconvenience i had to go to the lobby to request additional pillows. this created an unnecessary delay.
